S2-59 : THRILLER PROJECT 2007/8

Pitch

For our thriller project we decided to make a sequence based around a hooded character as afore mentioned in out introduction. The film is about a policewoman who is actually a serial killer, who is working on a murder case where she is actually the killer.

Music ideas : We are hoping to use music which creates a tense and nerve-racking atmosphere. We will experiment with garage band to see if we can use a sample made by our group. Also we will browse the internet, our CD collection and computer play-lists order to hopefully find one or more related tracks. Garage band mainly worked on by Jack Powell.

Effects : Throughout the sequence we hope to use certain effects in order to create out desired atmosphere. These may include blurring images, darkening them, creating fog etc. As of yet we haven't experimented much with these.
We have a few ideas with relation to the text and titles. One member of our group suggested the text appeared on the screen back-to-front and then spun round horizontally. The font we wish to use will be simple and easy to read yet reminiscent of blood and other titles found in already created movie openings.

Car - Available from a group member's friend (Josh Johnson legally allowed to drive).
Large Strong Bag - Readily available.
